Biography:

PhD Candidate in Molecular Anthropology

 

Advisor: David G. Smith

 

Undergraduate studies:

BYU Provo, Utah (2003).  Majored in anthropology with archaeology emphasis, English minor.

Thesis topic:

Analyzing the relationships within the Southwest utilizing ancient DNA from two sites in northern New Mexico--the Tommy and Mine Canyon Sites from outside Farminton.  Also focusing on the possible connections between the Southwest and Mexico using samples from Casas Grandes, in Chihuahua, Mexico.
